Joplin Residents Indicted on Child Porn Charges

The wife of a Joplin man who was previously indicted on federal child porn charges has been indicted along with her husband on charges involving a second child victim. US Attorney Tammy Dickinson tells News Talk KZRG 49-year-old James Hajny and 39-year-old Gina Hajny were charged in a four-count indictment Wednesday that accuse them of using an underage girl to make child pornography. James Hajny was indicted last month on similar charges involving a separate victim.

In addition, 44-year-old Frank Edwin Ness was indicted Wednesday as well; he is accused of receiving and distributing child porn between January of 2004 and July 16th of this year. Dickinson says a raid performed at his home last week yielded at least 124 child porn videos.
