Sheriff Accused of Theft, Selling Stolen Gun



A former southwest Missouri sheriff has been indicted by a federal grand jury for stealing property recovered in criminal cases and also for selling a stolen firearm. US Attorney Tammy Dickinson tells News Talk KZRG former St. Clair County Sheriff Ronald Snodgrass is accused of stealing a John Deere zero turn mower in 2009, a Polaris Ranger UTV in 2012, and selling a .22-caliber rifle in 2012 that he knew was stolen. Snodgrass was voted out of office two years ago.
