Treasurer Zweifel Visits Irving; Talks Saving for College

State Treasurer Clint Zweifel visited Irving Elementary Monday morning to talk to students about the importance of higher education and saving for college at an early age. As an incentive to save, Zweifel tells News Talk KZRG about the MOST 529 savings program.

"MOST is a simple, easy, affordable way to save for college for families, and a tax-free way to do that. It's a way to really help families build some assets, whether large or small, to put towards the cost of higher education."

In celebrating the program, one Missourian under the age of 18 can win $5,290 for college. Enter at before May 31st.
