Two of PIttsburg State University's graphic design students are about to have their creativity tested against some of the nations top design students at the American Advertising Awards contest. Senior Matt Heflin tells News Talk KZRG about his project:
"It's a point-of-purchase display for a chewing gum brand I came up with called 'Brew Chew,' where I played off the whole idea of an after-beverage breath freshener. Went way overboard, but it's paying off."
The winners will be announced later this month. He could win a thousand dollars, but Heflin says the real prize would be the recognition he'd receive for all of his hard work.
