Woman Arrested For Assaulting Deputies

Her friends called the Sheriff's Office because they thought she might hurt herself. She ended up trying to hurt some Jasper County Sheriff's Deputies. As 40-year-old Kitt Schooling of Alba was being booked into the Jasper County Detention Center early Wednesday morning, she got into it with deputies.

"She became very violent with them and she kicked one of the deputies in the leg. Two of them got kicked in their arms and another was kicked in the ribs. She also attempted to bite one of the deputies on the arm."

Sharon Rhine of the Sheriff's Office says Schooling was arrested for second degree assault on a law enforcement officer.
