Missing Person Advisory for Nevada Teens Ends

The Vernon County Sheriff's Office has issued a missing person advisory for two Nevada teens allegedly taken by their non-custodial mother. The Missouri State Highway Patrol tells News Talk KZRG 14-year-old Christopher Earl Otter Jr. and 15-year-old Haley Otter were last seen last night. Police believe they're in a red and grey Chevy shortbed pickup with their mother, 36-year-old Kelly Otter. Police say Kelly Otter has multiple warrants out for her arrest and a history of drug abuse, but they add that the children went willingly with her. Police believe they're in the Stockton, MO area or in Kansas. A photo of the teens is attached to this article.
